- About Project

I partnered with Baltimore County to solve a key challenge for Maryland Works for Wind: making the emerging offshore wind industry accessible and relevant to residents seeking new career opportunities. The initiative needed a strong visual identity that could simplify complex workforce and industry information while connecting with job seekers, community partners, training providers, and employers. I developed a cohesive brand system that included logo design, motion graphics, comprehensive brand guidelines, and an industry guide. I focused on clear visual hierarchy, consistent messaging, and approachable storytelling to transform technical information into communications that made offshore wind career pathways easier to understand.

I designed the system to work consistently across digital, print, motion, and workforce outreach materials, giving Baltimore County and its partners a recognizable platform for communicating opportunities in the growing clean-energy sector. The campaign supported a $2.06 million Baltimore County workforce initiative and contributed to a broader statewide effort focused on connecting Maryland residents to good-paying careers. Maryland Works for Wind reported that more than 1,000 individuals were placed or upskilled into careers, with many participating in Registered Apprenticeship programs. My work helped give the initiative a clear, professional visual voice that strengthened campaign recognition, supported community engagement, and positioned Baltimore County as a connector between residents and emerging offshore wind careers.
